Amit KC Jain is the Founder and Managing Partner of AKCJ Ventures LLP, a multi-disciplinary investment and advisory firm built at the intersection of family office advisory, mergers & acquisitions, business and strategic advisory, venture capital and legal-financial architecture.
An alumnus of The Wharton school, an accomplished Chartered Accountant and Law Graduate, Amit brings nearly three decades of experience across wealth management, strategic consulting, private equity and cross-border advisory. He has emerged as a sustained choice of trusted partner for family offices, ultra-high-net-worth families, entrepreneurs, and institutional investors seeking long-term, value-driven growth.
A visionary leader with deep-rooted expertise in structuring complex investment deals, Amit leads AKCJ’s strategy across multiple verticals from strategic business transitions to succession planning and legacy preservation for family offices to early-stage startup investments. He plays a hands-on role in building enduring relationships with patriarchs, family heirs, founders, investors, and global advisors, ensuring that every engagement is aligned with purpose, performance, and continuity.
