With prior experience in valuation and financial modelling backed with data analysis, Ishan is a specialist in unearthing deep business insights and, has an avid eye on market trends and economic indicators. He has developed skills in financial statement analysis, market research, and due diligence, crucial for making sound investment decisions and evaluating potential opportunities. With a degree in Bachelor’s of Technology, Ishan is currently pursuing his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. With prior experience at Kroll in distressed M&A and corporate restructuring, he has developed a keen understanding of valuation, due diligence, and strategic turnaround. His background spans trade finance with Kotak Mahindra Bank and accounts trainee with Vivek Sanjay & Co., equipping him with a well-rounded view of the capital ecosystem. Divyam holds a Master’s in Management from the University of Essex and a Bachelor’s in Commerce from the University of Delhi. He is currently pursuing the CFA designation and has completed modules in financial modelling and Python. His technical fluency with tools like MergerMarket, S&P CapIQ, and Debtwire allows him to extract actionable insights from complex data. Divyam brings a global outlook, sharp analytical acumen, and a passion for business transformation to every mandate at AKCJ Ventures.
