She is a Masters in International Business from Delhi School of Economics, India.

With prior experience at Kroll in distressed M&A and corporate restructuring, he has developed a keen understanding of valuation, due diligence, and strategic turnaround. His background spans trade finance with Kotak Mahindra Bank and accounts trainee with Vivek Sanjay & Co., equipping him with a well-rounded view of the capital ecosystem. Divyam holds a Master’s in Management from the University of Essex and a Bachelor’s in Commerce from the University of Delhi. He is currently pursuing the CFA designation and has completed modules in financial modelling and Python. His technical fluency with tools like MergerMarket, S&P CapIQ, and Debtwire allows him to extract actionable insights from complex data. Divyam brings a global outlook, sharp analytical acumen, and a passion for business transformation to every mandate at AKCJ Ventures.
