Divyam Khandelwal is an Intern – Investment and Research at AKCJ Ventures, with a strong foundation in global management and cross-border financial operations. With prior experience at Kroll in distressed M&A and corporate restructuring, he has developed a keen understanding of valuation, due diligence, and strategic turnaround. His background spans trade finance with Kotak Mahindra Bank and accounts trainee with Vivek Sanjay & Co., equipping him with a well-rounded view of the capital ecosystem. Divyam holds a Master’s in Management from the University of Essex and a Bachelor’s in Commerce from the University of Delhi. He is currently pursuing the CFA designation and has completed modules in financial modelling and Python. His technical fluency with tools like MergerMarket, S&P CapIQ, and Debtwire allows him to extract actionable insights from complex data. Divyam brings a global outlook, sharp analytical acumen, and a passion for business transformation to every mandate at AKCJ Ventures. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Spanish, he also brings strong intercultural communication skills to the team.
Sanil is a highly organized and proactive professional with a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to operational excellence. As an Executive Assistant, he thrives in dynamic environments, efficiently managing schedules, coordinating high-level meetings, and ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning of leadership teams. His background spans diverse responsibilities, from strategic planning support to effective communication management.
