Social Media Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and highly organized Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across platforms — Meta (FB & Instagram), LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, website, and other emerging channels. This role is ideal for someone who understands brand building, financial communication, storytelling, and growth marketing and can translate the firm’s vision into high-quality digital content.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute monthly content calendars across LinkedIn, X, Meta, YouTube, and more.
Plan, post, schedule, and optimize daily content.
Grow followers, engagement, and brand recall.

2. Content Creation & Design
Create high-quality creatives using Canva/Adobe (posts, reels, stories, carousels).
Draft compelling captions, micro-blogs, and thought-leadership content.
Assist in designing website banners, landing pages, and marketing collateral.

3. Performance Tracking & Analytics
Track KPIs for each platform: impressions, CTR, engagement, follower growth, and conversions.
Provide weekly and monthly performance reports.
Conduct competitor benchmarking and trend analysis.
Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.

4. Marketing Channel Management
Manage all digital channels — emailers, WhatsApp broadcasts, social platforms, website CMS.
Ensure timely updates of website content (blogs, videos, news, announcements).
Coordinate with SEO and ads teams for campaigns on Google + Meta.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with management, product, compliance, sales, and research teams.
Plan content around product launches, events, partnerships, and reports.
Maintain smooth workflows for approvals and feedback cycles.

6. Brand Development
Strengthen AKCJ’s digital identity through consistent storytelling.
Support personal branding of founders on LinkedIn & industry forums.
Stay updated with financial trends, industry news, and creative formats.

𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀
Strong design skills (Canva mandatory; Adobe suite preferred).
Excellent communication & impeccable English writing.
Ability to create content tailored for each platform.
Strong understanding of performance metrics and analytics tools.
Ability to think creatively and convert ideas into compelling visuals.
Familiarity with finance/wealth/ investment domain is a plus.
Self-driven, organized, and able to handle fast-paced work.

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.
    Prior experience – financial services, wealth management/ wealth advisory preferred.
    Degree in marketing, communications, media, or equivalent field.
