Job Overview

We are seeking experienced and discreet Chartered Accountants with a strong background in:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Income Tax Advisory & Compliance
    • Expert Knowledge of Income Tax laws
    • Provide strategic advice on complex taxation matters
  2. Trusts & Estate Structuring
    • Set up and manage private family trusts, charitable trusts, and offshore structures
    • Draft trust deeds in collaboration with legal advisors
    • Advise on revocable vs irrevocable trusts, roles of settlors, trustees, and beneficiaries
    • Maintain compliance and reporting for trusts under Income Tax, FEMA, and FCRA
  3. Succession & Estate Planning
    • Work with legal teams to draft Wills, family constitutions, shareholding arrangements, and succession blueprints
    • Support in execution of inheritance plans, asset transfers, and business continuity strategies
    • Assist in defining family governance frameworks, roles, and dispute resolution mechanisms
  4. Family Settlements & Dispute Advisory
    • Structure and mediate family settlements involving ownership, control, and asset division
    • Analyze and advise on implications of family arrangements (tax, compliance, asset holding)
    • Provide financial advisory in inter-family negotiations, realignments, or demergers

Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5–7 years of post-qualification experience
  • Exposure to family offices or wealth advisory firms

Location: Connaught Place, Delhi

Commitment: Full-time

Work Days & Time: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
