Key responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support
- Manage and prioritize the Managing Partner's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
2. Communication
- - Act as the first point of contact between the Managing Partner and internal/external stakeholders.
- - Coordinate communication between the Managing Partner and team members, portfolio companies, investors, and other key contacts.
- - Draft, review, and send out communications on behalf of the Managing Partner.
3. Meeting Coordination
- - Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
- - Arrange logistics for board meetings, investment committee meetings, and other important gatherings.
- - Assist in the preparation of materials and presentations for meetings.
4.Project Management
- - Assist in the management of special projects and initiatives led by the Managing Partner.
- - Track progress on key projects and ensure deadlines are met.
- - Collaborate with different teams to gather information and updates on ongoing projects.
5. Travel Management
- - Plan and organize travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and meeting schedules.
- - Ensure all travel arrangements are efficient and cost-effective.
- - Prepare travel expense reports and manage reimbursement processes.
6. Investor Relations
- - Support the Managing Partner in managing relationships with current and potential investors.
- - Assist in the preparation of investor reports, updates, and communication materials.
- - Coordinate investor meetings, events, and presentations.
7. Confidentiality and Discretion
- - Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- - Ensure all documents and communications are managed securely.
8. Operational Support
- - Assist with the management of office operations and ensure a well-organized work environment.
- - Liaise with vendors, service providers, and other external parties as needed.
- - Support HR functions such as onboarding new team members and coordinating team events.
9. Research and Analysis
- - Conduct research on industry trends, potential investment opportunities, and competitive analysis.
- - Provide the Managing Partner with relevant information and insights to support decision-making.
10. Personal Assistance
- - Provide personal assistance to the Managing Partner as needed, including managing personal appointments and errands.

Deal Associate
This person will be responsible for Deal sourcing and analysis.
- Deal Sourcing: Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities through market research, networking, and attending industry events.
- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, emerging sectors, and potential investment opportunities.
- Initial Screening: Assess the viability of startups by analyzing business models, financials, and market potential.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with startup founders, industry experts, and other stakeholders.
- Due Diligence: Support the due diligence process by gathering and analyzing relevant data, conducting interviews, and preparing reports.
- Pitch Preparation: Assist in preparing investment memos and presentations for internal review and Investment Committee meetings.

- Database Management: Maintain and update the CRM/database with potential investment opportunities and industry contacts.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; CFP (Certified Financial Planner), CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), or similar certification is highly preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, investment advisory, and product distribution, specifically in PMS, AIF mutual funds and other alternative financial products.
- Strong understanding of financial planning principles, investment management, tax planning, estate planning, and the distribution of PMS and mutual funds.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex financial concepts and investment products.
- Proven ability to build and manage client relationships, with a focus on delivering high-quality, personalized service.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to client confidentiality.
- Proficiency in financial planning software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
