Job Overview:

As a Wealth Advisor, Financial Planner, and Distribution Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, providing personalized financial planning, and driving the distribution of investment products such as PMS, AIF mutual funds and other alternative financial products. This role requires deep expertise in financial planning, investment advisory, and product distribution to help clients achieve their financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals, risk tolerance, and specific investment needs, including preferences for PMS, AIF mutual funds and other alternative financial products.
• Financial Planning: Develop and implement customized financial plans that include retirement planning, investment strategies, tax planning, estate planning, and risk management.
• Wealth Management: Provide holistic wealth management services, including asset allocation, portfolio management, cash flow analysis, and debt management.
• Investment Advisory: Offer tailored investment advice with a focus on asset allocation, portfolio diversification, and risk management, recommending suitable PMS, AIF mutual funds and other alternative financial products.
• Distribution of PMS and Mutual Funds: Drive the distribution of PMS, AIF mutual funds and other alternative financial products, helping clients select the right products that align with their financial goals and risk profiles.
• Retirement Planning: Design and execute retirement strategies that ensure clients are on track to meet their retirement objectives, including managing income distribution during retirement.
• Tax Planning: Collaborate with tax professionals to create tax-efficient strategies, optimizing after-tax returns and considering the tax implications of PMS, AIF mutual funds and other alternative financial products investments.
• Estate Planning: Assist clients in structuring and executing estate plans that protect their assets, ensure a smooth transfer of wealth, and align with their legacy goals.
• Client Education: Educate clients on financial markets, investment strategies, and the benefits of PMS and mutual funds, empowering them to make informed decisions about their wealth.
• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all financial plans, investment strategies, and product distribution processes comply with regulatory standards and are accurately documented.
• Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand client relationships, acquire new clients, and grow the firm’s distribution PMS, AIF mutual funds and other alternative financial products through referrals, networking, and targeted marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; CFP (Certified Financial Planner), CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), or similar certification is highly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, investment advisory, and product distribution, specifically in PMS, AIF mutual funds and other alternative financial products.
• Strong understanding of financial planning principles, investment management, tax planning, estate planning, and the distribution of PMS and mutual funds.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex financial concepts and investment products.
• Proven ability to build and manage client relationships, with a focus on delivering high-quality, personalized service.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to client confidentiality.
• Proficiency in financial planning software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
